Returns & Refund

Returning of product is considers if the wrong item was sent. That mean a diffrent design, color, or quantity.
To return your product, you should contact customer service at care@khemsburgfabrics.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

However if the right item order is been sent, kindly note that we do not accept return, exchange can be considered.
We mostly suggest walk-in to the store in other to have a good view of your choice of design before purchase.

Exchange

Exchanges will not be granted unless ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The hang tag intact as received.
  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric.
  • No stains on the fabric.
  • Fabric is packed just as received.
  • It important you MAIL us on care@khemsburgfabrics.com before return is initiated.

Exchanges should be made within 48 hours of received of fabric by client in its unused state.

Shipping cost of a return order is not covered by Khemsburg Fabric, we will suggest you send someone to the store or use your local delivery to send to our address.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 48 hours once it received.

 

Exceptions

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Domestic Shipment

We try our possible best to deliver to you on time. Dew to our high volume of order our delivery time frame state as follows:

  • Delivery time frame takes 24hrs to 72hrs within Lagos, starting from the next working day your payment is received.
  • We do not work on Sundays, if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your delivery time frame commence the next working day which is Monday to be delivered within 24hrs to 72hrs.
  • Interstate delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after placing your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Please contact us if you do not get the confirmation email.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

International Shipment

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL express.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Khemsburg Fabric is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
  • Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
  • We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered.
  • By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.

All order placed during sales are final, we do not accept exchange or refund.

Refund

  • In a situation where by an order placed is sold out, we will notify you immediately for exchange or issue refund.
